We build AI agents that onboard, activate, and expand customer accounts while teams focus on the relationships, turning customer success into an operating system for growth. The role
You'll own how Kya shows up in the world. As our founding marketer you'll build our presence from zero: online through a steady stream of video, posts, and stories, and in person through events, dinners, and a community that actually wants to be in the room. This is a builder's role, not a manager's. You'll write the posts, shoot and cut the videos, run the events, and own the calendar and the numbers behind all of it. You'll work directly with the founders, develop the voice of the company alongside them, and move from idea to published in hours, not weeks.
What you'll do
- Build and run our social presence across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and short-form video, shipping content nearly every day.
- Create the content yourself: write the posts, script and shoot and edit the videos, and turn how customers use Kya into stories people share.
- Own the in-person motion: conferences, meetups, dinners, and launch events that make Kya memorable and bring our community together.
- Grow and nurture a community of customer success and GTM leaders who follow Kya because the content is genuinely good.
- Own the funnel from attention to pipeline: track what works, double down on it, and report on reach, engagement, and qualified demand.
- Use Kya where it fits, and turn every customer win into the next piece of content.
What we're looking for
- You've personally built an audience or a brand's presence and can point to the posts, videos, and events you made.
- Strong creative range: you can write a sharp post, carry a video on camera or behind it, and design an event people remember.
- Real fluency with social platforms and the instincts for what earns attention without feeling like an ad.
- Comfort owning numbers. You treat reach, engagement, and pipeline as the scoreboard, not vanity.
- A bias toward volume and iteration, and the taste to keep the bar high while moving fast.
- Genuine excitement about AI agents, and about being early at a company building them.
Nice to have
- Experience as an early or founding marketer at a startup.
- Hands-on video production and editing chops.
- Experience running events and field marketing end to end.
- Daily use of AI tools to produce more, faster.
- An existing audience or community in B2B, SaaS, AI, or customer success.
